Robust & ESD safe Conductive Corriplast Collapsible Tote Dividers
Inefficiences in the movement of parts, components and even finished products around your production facility is usually an overlooked cost to your business. By utilising the static safe Corriplast dividers, you can improve productivity without sacrificing protection.
Manufactured from the strong, durable and ESD-safe conductive Corriplast® material, Corstat® Collapsible Tote Dividers are designed to enhance your collapsible totes (or any standard sized tote bins), providing ESD protection for your static sensitive electronic components and devices. Corriplast Corstat® Collapsible Tote Dividers can be arranged in various combinations, and with slots at 30mm increments, these anti-static box dividers can be arranged to create a network of cells to suit your particular application with no need for additional tooling.
Conductive totes can be enhanced in a number of ways, including anti-static foam and ESD safe divider sets. The divisions are designed to fit the award winning Collapsible Totes, at sizes of 600mm x 400mm and 400mm x 300mm, plus are available in 2 standard heights. Of course, if these divisions do not perfectly suit your specific need, you can specify bespoke sizes to be manufactured in any quantity.
Why Use Tote Dividers?
Corriplast tote dividers offer numerous benefits for your tote boxes, beyond the protection from static damage. Firstly, tote dividers can minimise the movement of parts during normal transit and handling processes. The physical protection is much improved, therefore contents do not damage each other through preventing collisions.
Besides protection, using dividers can also improve your efficiency, allowing for more items to be safely transported within an outer tote, boosting productivity. In addition, the dividers can also prevent the tote from being over-loaded, which can lead to damage and is potentially a health and safety issue (i.e. poor handling practices). Lastly, the tote dividers also allow for much quicker retrieval of parts from the outer tote and make it easier for quick visual stock checks.
