ESD Blue Bench Matting

This ESD blue bench matting has a textured surface with conductive backing and a static dissipative surface. It is very scratch-resistant and it prevents the sliding of components. Click here to view our grey colour matting version.

The dissipative top layer is resistant to abrasion, heat, solders flux and most commonly used solvents. The black conductive bottom layer provides a superior and consistent ground path. This meets the requirements of US ESD Associations ANSI S4.1 and S20.20 guidelines. The smooth texture can be easily cleaned and maintained with a mat and tabletop cleaner. The product is also certified for RoHS regulations.

Cleaning and Maintenance

For optimum electrical performance, the surface must be cleaned regularly using an ESD safe mat cleaner. We suggest using Staticide mat and tabletop cleaner for best cleaning results. This will maintain the original resistivity of the anti-static mat whilst extending its shelf-life.

Cleaning Directions

Apply liberally to the areas to be cleaned. Wait 2-3 minutes to allow emulsifiers to penetrate. Ensure the matting is fully dry before using it.
