Description
Semi flush non-ESD cutters with insulating handles.
Semi-flush cutters are an excellent tool used for cutting regular, soft and semi-hard metals. These types of cutters should only be used on flat surfaces where they can sit flush with the object being cut. Flush cutters provide an unbroken, even cut to the material for a clean design look.
A semi-flush cut leaves a pyramidal tip at the end of the wire. It is particularly suitable for standard jobs where the final shape does not play a significant role. Cutters with this cut are suitable for both soft copper wires and very hard wires such as stainless steel.
Semi-flush cutters are great for trimming:
- Eyepins
- Headpins
- Beading wire
Key Features:
- Light blue, insulating handles.
- Semi-flush cutting head – allowing an even cut.
- Heavy duty.
- Suitable for both soft copper wires and very hard wires such as stainless steel.
- Great for trimming eyepins, headpins and beading wire.
- Non-ESD.
- RoHS and REACH compliant.
These semi-flush cutters should not be used for assembling or repairing sensitive electronics such as printed circuit boards. This is because they have high-insulating handles which can generate a harmful static charge that can dissipate and transfer onto the sensitive device, potentially damaging it.
