ESD Heel Straps

Description

Premium, durable ESD heel straps designed to be worn in an ESD working area. Our premium ESD heel straps are quick and easy to use and can be adjusted with the hook and loop fastener (D-ring). The heel strap is black conductive on the outside and white on the inside to avoid any shoe marking. Re-usable and designed to be long-lasting. ESD heel straps are available in standard and extra large sizes. The extra large heel strap has a plastic connector. The heel straps can be used in combination with all grounded ESD flooring and matting. All ESD heel straps incorporate a 1 Meg Ohm safety resistor and are made with a soft 2-layer rubber material. Hook loop tape’s colours are available on request.

All grounding products are manufactured to the highest quality to ensure high comfort and long life. Heel straps should be worn on both feet for effective static dissipation to ground. Heel straps must be regularly tested with a footwear test station.

• All ESD heel straps are produced using a soft 2-layer rubber material.
• Colour: Available in black/ white rubber, black elastic garter, royal blue conductive tab with silver yarn, and day-glow yellow hook and loop tape.
• Black rubber surface conductivity: 8 x 10^(4) ohms.
• White rubber surface conductivity: 1 x 10^(12) ohms.
• Metal film resistor conductivity: 1 meg ohm + 20%.
• Conductive tab conductivity: 160 ohms/inch (max).
• Plastic parts: Made of antistatic nylon material.
• Markings: With Killstat logo and date code.
• Size options: Standard or extra-large.
• Extra large size has a plastic connector.
• Non-marking.
• Manufactured with an adjustable heel strap and hook and loop strap (D ring) for easy fastening.
