ESD Heel Straps – Reliable Foot Grounding for EPA‑Safe Workspaces

Bondline’s premium ESD Heel Straps provide a dependable, cost‑effective way to ground mobile personnel within an ESD Protected Area (EPA). Designed for comfort, durability, and consistent performance, these heel straps ensure safe dissipation of static electricity when used with grounded ESD flooring or matting, helping to protect static-sensitive electronic components from electrostatic damage. All heel straps are RoHS, REACH, and IEC 61340‑5‑1 compliant.

Our premium ESD heel straps are quick and easy to use and can be adjusted with the hook and loop fastener (D-ring). The heel strap is black conductive on the outside and white on the inside to avoid any shoe marking. Re-usable and designed to be long-lasting. ESD heel straps are available in standard and extra large sizes. The extra large heel strap has a plastic connector. All ESD heel straps incorporate a 1 Meg Ohm safety resistor. Hook loop tape’s colours are available on request.

All grounding products are manufactured to the highest quality to ensure high comfort and long life. Heel straps should be worn on both feet for effective static dissipation to ground. Heel straps must be regularly tested with a footwear test station.
