As part of our 35th anniversary, we thought it would be a great idea to celebrate this special milestone with a competition! We cannot emphasise enough how thankful we are to all our customers for their loyalty with us over the years. So, to show how much it means to us, we are hosting a competition for you! This September, one lucky person will be chosen to win a £50 Amazon gift voucher to spend on Amazon’s U.K. website. To be in the chance of winning, all you need to do is to complete our 10-question survey. It’s simple, quick, and easy to do!
At Bondline, we are continuously striving to do our best for our customers to make their Bondline journey a little easier. We are always finding ways to help best improve our customers’ experience through their interactions with both the Bondline website and our sales team. To help us better understand what our customers love, want and not so like about our service, we have decided to create our very own customer service survey so that we can collect your opinions and thoughts on what works well, and what could do with improvement.

You have until 00:00 [AM] [BST] on Friday 1st October 2021 to enter our competition. This competition is exclusively for U.K. participants only. We hope to host more competitions in the future for our international customers. Thank you for your understanding. To ensure your entry is valid, please answer all questions on the survey and provide us with a valid contact email address, where prompted in question 10. This email address will be used as a contact address for the winner of the competition. When entering in your email address, please ensure you have typed it in correctly. If there is no email address provided or if it has been entered in incorrectly, this may prevent you from being submitted into the competition.

1) Entry into this prize draw will be deemed acceptance of the rules and stipulations of this competition.
2) All entrants must ensure they complete all questions of the survey with legitimate answers. Should an entrant skip questions or give answers that tamper with the integrity of the survey, their entrance will be disqualified.
3) Please ensure that the correct contact email is given in question 10 of the survey. This will be used to contact the winner when they have been selected.
4) Entries are limited to one per person. Use of false names or email addresses will disqualify the entrant from receiving any prize.
5) Bondline reserves the right to ask any potential winner for documented proof of both their name and address.
6) Entrants must be over the age of 18.
7) Entrants must be based in the U.K. to enter. Entrants who are based outside of the U.K. will not be accepted as a valid entry.
8) No cash alternative will be offered for the prize. All promotion prizes are non-transferable.
9) No cash exchange will be offered for the prize. The £50 value of the Amazon gift voucher must be spent via Amazon’s U.K. website.
10) Employees of Bondline Electronics Ltd are prohibited from entering this competition.
11) Friends and family of employees of Bondline Electronics Ltd are prohibited from entering this competition.
12) If no email address has been provided in question 10 of the survey, or if the email address has been entered incorrectly, this may prevent the entrant from being submitted into the competition.
1) The organiser of this competition is Bondline Electronics Ltd.
2) The competition starts at 1:00 [PM] [BST] on Tuesday 7th September 2021 and will end on Friday 1st October 2021 at 00:00 [AM] [BST].
3) One winner will be chosen via random selection on a random generator from all the valid entries, within 7 days of the competition closing date.
4) Bondline Electronics Ltd will not sell or share any data collected from this survey.
5) The winner may be referenced in marketing communications upon completion of the competition, such as social media posts.
6) Email addresses collected will not be used for any marketing purposes other than to inform the potential winner of their prize.
1) The winner will be given a £50 credit Amazon voucher to spend on the Amazon U.K. website.
2) The prize winner will be notified by email within 7 working days of the closing date of this competition.
3) The winner of the competition must confirm acceptance of this prize within 5 working days of being contacted by Bondline Electronics Ltd.
4) The £50 Amazon gift voucher will be sent to the winner either digitally or through post, once the winner has accepted the prize within the specified time limit. Delivery method of the voucher will be decided upon once the competition has ended. This may take up to 7 working days for the winner to receive the prize.
5) There is no cash alternative to the prize. The £50 credit Amazon voucher can only be spent on items on the Amazon U.K. website.
