ESD Tester Advice

All testers will illuminate green if the outlets wiring is correct and the path to earth ground via the equipment grounding conductor is intact. The tester will alarm and illuminate red if either condition is not met.

When testing ESD surfaces, ensure that the surface’s resistance meets 10^8 ohms to ensure you are complying to the ESD working standards.

Surface Resistivity Meters and Kits

At Bondline, we offer a range of different surface resistivity/resistance testing products to suit your requirements. These are instruments used for measuring surface resistivity and point-to-point resistance. All surface resistivity/resistance meters are manufactured in the United Kingdom (UK). Our best-selling half decade surface resistivity meter (SRM100) is extremely accurate and indicates resistance to ‘half a decade’ through the important static dissipative range using 10/100 volt test voltages to ensure more accurate readings.

Calibration

Certificates of calibration are issued for all Bondline Test Equipment. Calibration of all test equipment is recommended on a regular basis (Annually). Traceable to national standards.
